A unique twist on the show reception

The art show is displayed in the JMH Aspen Surgery Center in Walnut Creek. Because of this, it is not possible to hold a reception once the show is hung. However, that is not going to stop us from having a party! 

We are going to hold artwork drop-off and the reception at the same time.

Friday evening, August 16

Artwork drop-off and hanging 5:30 - 6:45 pm, 

Reception, judging and awards 7-9 pm.
